Route 246 Café
Dine with Us in Our Beautiful New Dining Room!
Our newly renovated, spacious dining room is open to the public, including seniors, and serves as the welcoming home of Route 246 Café. Join us Monday through Friday for a delicious, chef-crafted meal in a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Menu Highlights:
Chef Daniel creates a fixed daily menu featuring balanced, flavorful meals prepared with fresh, seasonal ingredients. The Route 246 Café offers affordable, wholesome meals that nourish both body and spirit, with all proceeds supporting our senior programs.
Come by for lunch, connect with friends, and enjoy a dining experience that makes a difference in the community!
Meals on Wheels
For seniors unable to visit the center, our Meals on Wheels program ensures they receive nutritious, home-delivered meals. Dedicated volunteers deliver hot lunches Monday through Friday, along with a friendly smile and a wellness check. This service helps seniors stay healthy, independent, and connected to their community.
How It Works:
- Eligibility: Available to homebound seniors aged 60+ in the Santa Ynez Valley.
- Delivery Schedule: Hot meals delivered Monday–Friday, with frozen meals provided for the weekend if needed.
- Seniors can also access our Grocery Program and 24/7 Farmer’s Market for essential food items.

Senior Support Services
We also provide vital resources, including housing assistance, transportation for medical appointments, and a no-cost Medical Closet stocked with mobility aids and other equipment. Seniors can turn to us for personalized Medicare guidance, elder abuse support, and scam awareness education. Our goal is to ensure every senior in our community has access to the care, resources, and advocacy they need to thrive.
